Live near Minneapolis MN, how is job demand 4 LPN?? Anyone?

I live in a suburb of Minneapolis MN. I just wondered if anyone knew how the job market is here for LPN. Is is easier to get a job at a Hospital or a Clinic with LPN? Is there a vast pay difference?
