Second wrongful death suit filed against Fallbrook Hospital


FALLBROOK ---- A second lawsuit claiming negligence and wrongful death has been filed against Fallbrook Hospital and an emergency room doctor, both named as defendants in a lawsuit filed last year by the parents of a toddler who died at the facility in March 2004.
