I just left an extremely unsafe unit in one of the worlds best hospitals JH. I am now scared to go to other places in fear this is what nursing has come to. I'm now looking at Tufts and Umass in MA through agencies. Has anyone traveled to the tele/stepdown units at these hospitals?
