The company I am working for has a very competitve package that fluctuates with an increase in the cost of living acroos the board. My advice to you is: shop around for the best deal a hospital has to offer and ask lots of questions to the HR dept. If you don't understand the lingo, get someone to explain things to you in laymans terms.
