Investors keep Brownsville hospital open with $11M purchase


Kamlesh Gosai came to America in 1981 with a medical degree and $8 in his pocket. Today the 48-year-old Dr. Gosai and a group of investors are being heralded as local heroes for keeping open the doors of a tiny southwest Pennsylvania hospital while saving a big employer.
