Ex-nursing school owners vow to quit (Salt Lake Tribune)


Owners of the now-defunct Academy of Nursing vowed Thursday never to teach nursing education classes in Utah again. In doing so, Mark and Dara Hansen hoped to persuade an appeals officer to drop a citation and $1,000 fine levied against them for operating a postsecondary school without a permit.
