Scheduling Multiple Nurses in large private practice
I am trying to get tips that anyone may have on the best way to schedule several nurses between several doctors in a fast paced urology clinic. We currently use an excel spreadsheet. This can be tricky due to constant changes in the doctors schedule or nurses calling in sick. Please help.
Having to deal with Oncology at the hospital I can say that when the Md's have their own nurses assigned to them it is is very nice. They know the doctor's patients, and they know the doctor. It's easier to go through them to field calls to the Md's.
