New Career-Advice on ADN?
I have been in the insurance field for 17 years. (property and casualty). My boss has stage 4 cancer and the outlook is not good. I have to start thinking of what I am going to do. I know I do NOT want to stay in the insurance field. I am 39 and need to do something with a future this time... I have always did pretty good in school (77 college hours, GPA 3.77 while working full time and taking 12-15 hours per semester). I want to know what the job market/pay is like for a ADN(associate nursing degree) vs a Bachelor RN. The ADN only takes 2 years vs BRN takes 4 years. I have a family and bills so I need to do something asap, but I do not want to do the ADN and not be able to get a good paying job. Any advice?
Thanks

The salary difference here is $0.50 to $1.00 per hour between ADN and BSN.
