I just graduated in May...and finally accepted a job here in Tampa after 4 interview. Questions I got are as follow:
Tell me about your clinical experience...
Why did you choose this hospital....
Why did you choose to work in this area (ie. L&D)
How do you handle stress?
What are you strengths/weaknesses?
How would your classmates/instructors describe you?
Where do you see yourself in your career in 5-10yrs?
What made you go into nursing?
Tell me about a difficult experience you've encountered while in school/clinical...and how did you handle it?
These were asked at my interviews. this should help a little
