V.A. Hospital Evacuated 11:30 AM (WJZ 13)


Baltimore, MD (WJZ) Eyewitness News has learned that the Veteran's Affairs Hospital downtown has been evacuated. The evacuation was apparently triggered after a white powdery substance was found inside.
