MMR/Varicella status
This has to do with whether or not you were vaccinated against or had the diseases Measles, Mumps, Rubella, or Varicella. If you were vaccinated as a child, whoever did the vaccines should be able to rovide you with a copy of your records. Otherwise, you can have blood drawn and a titer run to detect presence of immunity against these diseases. If you don't have sufficient antibodies against these, you'll just need to get the vaccines. Not a problem as long as you are not pregnant.
