why not try applying to some agencies in manila that are offering nursing jobs abroad, lots of agencies there for sure. Theres no harm in trying.

At the present time, I think you would have better luck getting an RN job in countries other than the USA. I would try Australia, Canada, Great Britian, to name a few. The job market is still pretty slow for nurses in the USA.
