Information on Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix

I have recruited heavily in Phoenix, AZ and have spoken with a number of RN's who are familiar with Banner Good Sam. Based on all of the information I have received from RN's who are familiar with or who have worked at Banner Good Sam, it is not the best Hospital to work at in the Phoenix area. They have the reputation of high NPR's and use alot of travelers. There are other Hospital in the area that offer a much healthier work environmnet.
