Taking 45 days off after working 2 years
I am interesting in knowing the law of having to take 45 days off between assignments after working for a nursing travel company for 2 years. I have taken time off during this last two years but only for a week or two at a time.
My company is now saying that I must take off 45days. Can someone help me with this?
