moving to CA, need advice!
I'm moving to California (Brawley,Mexicali,El Centro) area and was hoping if anyone could give me pointers on whether I should join an agency, travel nursing or just directly apply to the hospital? Got 5 years Med-Surg/Tele experience with acls and bls and CMSRN, worked as a CHarge Nurse. I'm moving from Houston,TX to the southern cali area and all the salaries are like what I get paid here in tx ($30). I've had many people who've worked in california years ago tell me that I should get $45 + or more. Any advice as to what I should do or tips?? Anything would be helpful.
