Male Nurse Advancement???
Hello Everyone!

I wanted to ask what I think may be a somewhat sensitive question. For my self I am just curious, and wish to offend noone. Is it true that in the nursing work force that male nurses are starting to be advanced before their female counterparts?
What is the actual reality of something like this happening. I know that it would be deemed discrimination, but is this truly happening now in the work place?
