Independent Contracting; Labour Relations Lawyers
Does anyone here use a labour relations lawyer to negotiate contracts, and in particular, represent you when your company fails to fulfill their contract?
Is anyone else interested in having a legal resource for travel nurses. In the current climate, companies and hospitals wioll undoubtedly be pushing the limits of the contracts.
...And, I have been looking into independent contracting. Anyone out there does it? What about subcontracting? Are there any hospitals you know of that work with independents or subcontractors?
...Finally, are there any collectively run agencies - by and for nurses? (Independent Nurse Contractors is one, I believe.)
