St Joseph - Tacoma, WA
Warning to anyone wanting to go to the Seattle area - don't go to St Joseph in Tacoma! My friends and I took the position because the interview sounded standard (as far as floating) for most travel postions (I've been traveling for 4 years). HOWEVER, since the staff there does 8 and the travelers do 12, travelers float AT LEAST once a shift if not twice. This is for med-surg and tele travelers.

I haven't heard anything good about St Joes' either in Tacoma, and this is coming from local nurses in Washington. I hear that St Joe's is kind of located in the "ghetto" so to speak, so you get that kind of crowd (I'm an ER nurse, so that's where my info is coming from).
