Kaiser hospital?
Hey fellow nurses. Can someone help me out? I am looking to do travel nursing and hope to learn some valuable lessons from those of you that have traveled. I have heard that Kaiser hospitals sometimes cancel travel nurses contracts only a few days before the nurses show up. Has anyone else heard of this happening? Also...I am a seasoned ER nurse. How often are you floated to other departments such as med/surg? Is there a way to avoid floating? I don't mind every now and then ...but can it get excessive? Let me know ...I will be eternally grateful for any insights.
