Hi bricin!

I know traveling for the first time as a nurse can be a little scary, but it's so incredible. I can't imagine going back to a perm position after traveling the country. I love it!

It's great that your husband wants to travel with you. I went on my first assignment alone, and I wished I'd had a friend to share the experience with. I've heard travel psych positions pay really well, so traveling sounds like a good choice for you. My best advice is to find a recruiter who is honest and who works hard for you. Know what you're worth and don't settle for less. I've been with my recruiter at Access Nurses for years and I couldn't be happier.

Good luck in your travels. Where are you thinking of going?
