Financing an RV
Who do you use to get a loan on a Motorhome? I need to find a finance company that understands the nature of our business. My wife is the traveler and I am disabled, but I handle all the finances. I fear I may be at the point of ruining our credit as I have talked to several companies. I need a finance company that won't turn a deaf ear when they find out that my wife has worked for more than one agency in the last 1 1/2 years. They think she is a job hopper and we all know that is just the nature of this business.
Go to your credit union or bank with whom you've had a relationship with for years. I've been with a CU and Bank of America for years so both know my paychecks come from many places but they also know my pay history and my credit history. Plus you will get better rates than with a "finance" company. I just got a loan for a new car (to pull a RV) at 4.25% from my credit union. Finance companies can't touch that!
i would agree. my credit union knowing my job and that i payed my bills on time, gave me a 50k loan on the phone in about 5 mins so go there.
