Intelistaf IS WORTHLESS, LIARS, CHEATERS
you guys have got here this. here goes.

I am going to shorten the names of the cities, change and abbreviate the names of the people involved, but it all has to do with this HORRIBLE COMPANY INTELISTAF - WARNING DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY.
oh yea and if the the recuiter who reads this tries to sue me or threaten me, just know that defamation of characther is when you lie about somebody's good name, their full and correct name and then that writing has to be PUBLISHED! so, don't get any ideas because you WILL NOT WIN, just like you didn't win my business you WORTHLESS, STUPID CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so my current company could not find me any assignment in nasvhille. so i decided to call Intelistaf because I work with and and know some people who do business with them.

I got this car salesman like guy on the phone and from the get go I told him I would go anywhere but Nashville General Hospital. They too are bunch of crooks and liers because when my company called to verify their needs, the rude woman said to my recruiter, I be sorry, but we ain't gotz no needz up in here."
YES YOU DO NASHVILLE GENERAL!!!!!!!!!! its just that you pick favorites and you choose to post your needs with intelistaf and forget all the other good companies and nurses out there. GEE I WONDER IF MAYBE INTELISTAF COULD BE PAYING THEM SOME MONEY!!???!!????
it ought to be illegal to do that and nashville general you should be ashamed of yourself!!

anyhoo. i told this recruiter from intellistaf that I DO NOT WANT NASVHILLE GENERAL for personal reasons. he went on to say that he currently had 12 nurses at Nashville general right now. he went on to say that none of them had ever had a problem with the hospital.
is that so, well that may be the travelers that he has but what about other recruiters that work for intelistaf that have travelers there. I sincerely don't think that there has NEVER been any issue that has come about that was a negative impact on someone's decision to take the assignment.

so one night, like I do all my assignments. AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS INTELISTAF!, i called nasvhille general. the guy that answered the phone, which happened to be a prick by the way because he lied to Nashville general about what was discussed by him and I that night.
i asked this guy, named M how it was at the general. "Its the best kept secret in town," he said. I guess becuase everyone thinks that it is such an inner city hospital that it must be aweful but he spoke otherwise. then M tried to get in my business, "How much do you make?" he asked. I did not tell him but i did ask him that if I made $$$$ would it be worth coming to nashville. there was a long pause on the phone. then he just advised me to shop around. So I guess he was either jelous of the fact of what I could be making, or thought I could do better so he suggested his company, out of Nasvhille, TN.

when I talkd to my intelistaf recruiter the next day, he asked me if I called the hospital last night. I told him yes, but it was just to check things out. He told me this was unethical and that this could mean that I might not have a job. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. Whatever, dude. then this prick recruiter started giving me numbers and told me that he could not pay me anything lower than a 30% tax bracket. and he went on and on and on and on and on and on about how it it illegal for companies to do this and I had to reorient him to - HEY DUDE WHAT CAN YOU OFFER ME!? he tried to get me to tell him what I was making now and what sort of tax bracket I was in now so he could just feed on the wrongness of it, even though my persoal tax advisor knows that what I am currently doing is perfectly safe and legal. betcha didn't know that INTELISTAF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the next day he called and said GREAT NEWS. you have the job at nashville general. WHAT? what about the interview?, i asked him. He said I didn't need one because my references and file was so "impecable". wow!!!
hired without an interview. out of my 8 travel destinations this was the first!!! I must be some sort of super nurse - well, i told him, let me think about this for a while. but then my potential recruiter told me well you will need to make a decision pretty quick because I have another girl who wants this position really bad, but I am only allowed to send one person at a time. and I want to offer this position to you. whew, at least i don't have to worry. man this guy is good because he has not one, but two people who are just dying to get to nashville general. he said, "i have put her on the back burner, because I wanted to give this position to you. ahhhhhh, how nice. but good car salesman like tactics like though!!!!!

so the next day, I was sleeping after working a long, hard 12 hour shift at my current assignment. would you know that I had 13 missed calls. 13, all from, guess who ........... INTELISTAF. now bear in mind I told this recruiter that I was in the middle of a six shift stretch so I would call him, but I guess, according to him, he didn't get the message. out of those 13 missed calls, 4 were messages. one of them is the greatest. he said in the message that this assignment was too good to pass up and I needed to call him immediately because the hospital needed to know something
and he was on a time limit. HA HA HA HA HA. lies lies lies lies. sales tactics sales tactics, sales tactics.

the next day I told him I wanted an interview. tired as h%#l, he said I can get you someone from Nashville general hospital on the phone at 1400 today. I told him that was cool, set my alarm for 1350 and then at 1415 the call came thru that the person was somehow or another "unavailable"

at this point i told him ok, tomorrow I will call them myself and I demanded to know the phone number and the contact person.he said, and mind you this is the only company that does this I guess, that the call has be a conference call between the facility and intelistaf. this is when it gets funny.

the next day when I called Nashville general, the person picks up the phone, Hello, Natzhvile genrll, can i heup u?" i said yes my name is (TH) from intelistaf and i need to .... "Who dis be," the girl rudly interupted." I said again, my name is (TH) and I need to .. "who gave u dis numba" she again rudly replied. I finally said, "Look i need to talk to whoever is responsible for interviewing, hiring or whatever new travelers, could you just please get me to that person?" "Well, I gonna hav to cal yo commpny and explane to dem dat people can't just be callin up in her cuz dis b da rong numba, honey!" then she put me on hold for 4 minutes and 55 seconds so I hung up.

at this point I knew I would not be taking this travel assignment so it was more like a game to me.

My current recuriter called me and I asked her why didn't she have any postings for nashville general hospital and she replied that they didn't have any needs. I told her that that was wrong because I was just about to sign my life away with intelistaf

she called nash gen. herself and said why aren't you posting your needs with shift wise, the major communication hub between several states and the companies within those states. the person from nash gen rudely repled that they ain't got no needz.

so I took it upon my self to call the hospital's HR department and I asked them if it was legal for the hospital to post needs for one or two companies but not any others. she told me that I was wrong for trying sell out the company with whom I was supposed to be hired in and try to get with a different company, my current company. I explained to her NO that is not the case. this has nothing to do with your crappy hospital and the rude people that run it or think they run it and me trying to change companies in the middle of the interview. she hung up on me. HA HA HA HA HAHA HA.

the next day, once again, I went to sleep and whe I woke up I had 7 missed calls, six of which were from who.......... you guessed it........
INTELISTAF!!!!

when i called the recuriter I explained to him that I decided to take the extention offer with my current assignment. OH BOY, did this set him off. He began to expain to me how much work he had put into trying to get me this position. I told him thats ok, you have candidate on the back burner that you can now start cooking her into this new, warm, delicious assignment. he then told me that I was to never call a hospital and try to get them to hire me on with a different company of which I NEVER WAS TRYING TO DO YOU DIM WHIT! I finally thought to myself that I was too good of a person to hear a lecture from someone who really is corupt and a sell out. YOU PEOPLE ARE AWEFUL AND YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!!

look people, if you call a new company and they seem laid back and don't use silly antics or sales tactics in their conversation, but only state the facts of what they can and cannot do for you, then this is probably a good company. but don't sell your self short with a recruiter who tries to first of all get you to sign on with a hospital that you said you did not want to go to in the first place.
