advice
okay, i'm about to take my first travel assignment. have two choices:

ATL 20/h with company providing housing so take home is 900qwk, OR I TAKE THE STIPEN WHICH WILL GIVE ME A TAKE HOME OF 1100/QW

Dallas TEX 40/hr plus they take out for housing and they use the famous TAX ADVANTAGE PROGRAM(WHAT IS THIS AND IS iIT BETTER TO TAKE IT OR TAKE STRAIGHT PAY) AS PER MY RECRUITER MY TAKE HOME WILL BE 1400/WK. HELP!

WOW...40/hour in Texas is great!!! 20/hour in Atlanta is about average from what I've heard. Obviously more money is always great, but here's some advice about tax advantage...I'd be careful going with that plan because it may hurt you if you ever want to get a loan in the future. If you're young and have no plans to settle down in the next 10 years, then go for the job with more money on the advantage program. But if you want to buy a home, etc. having the lower income because most of it is untaxed will hurt you. Its kinda confusing, I know...but I think it's better to be safe then sorry. Are there any other places you want to go that maybe pay somewhere in the middle? And about the stipend for the Atlanta job...I'd skip that and take the provided housing. Often times it's hard to find as good of a place with the stipend as you could with the provided housing. Hope this helps. Good luck!
