Mills-Peninsula plans to sell skilled nursing, dialysis facilities

The two skilled-nursing facilities, one each outside the Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame and Mills Health Center in San Mateo, are short-term nursing homes that provide about 80 patients at a time a bridge between hospital stays and home.
