Nursing center’s rating improves

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has given the Ozark Health Nursing Center an improved rating. The centers’ 5-Star Quality Rating System for Nursing Homes is now ranking the Clinton center a three-star facility. A three-star rating is considered average, according to the rating system.
