MARYLAND HEIGHTS: Nursing home nurse accused of abuse

Kelley Smith has been charged with abusing an elderly man at the Brookview Nursing home. Maryland Heights police say Smith, of the 9000 block of Tutwiler Avenue, got angry at a 72-year-old nursing home resident in January and scratched him on his face numerous times.
