Forged copies of a University of Memphis diploma, college transcripts, a letter and a Social Security card showed the social director at the Bells Nursing Home was a licensed social worker. In reality, she is an ex-convict who has used at least half a dozen different names in a long history of state and federal fraud, forgery and theft convictions, authorities say.
