Former St. Elizabeths bnursing/b assistant acquitted in patient's death
A D.C. Superior Court jury acquitted a former St. Elizabeths Hospital bnursing/b assistant Friday in the 2007 death of an unruly patient, who died after the employee tried to restrain the man during a struggle.
