A 101-year-old woman hurt after a car smashed into her nursing home room Sunday night has died less than two days after the incident. Mildred Ellefson, a longtime resident of Jasper, Minn., died Tuesday at Palisade Manor nursing home in Garretson, Minnehaha County Sheriff Mike Milstead confirmed Wednesday.
