NY Charges 22 Nursing Home Workers With Neglect (WCBS-TV New York)

State investigators have charged 22 employees at two nursing homes with failing to provide necessary patient care and falsifying records to hide the neglect. Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said investigators used hidden cameras to gather evidence against the workers at Northwoods Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facility in Troy and the Williamsville Suburban Nursing Home near Buffalo.
