Federal Judge Delays Sentencing Of Former bNursing/b Home CEO

A federal judge Wednesday delayed the sentencing of former bnursing/b home executive Raymond Termini, saying he wasn't satisfied that Termini had admitted to all of the elements of one of the crimes to which he had pleaded guilty. Sentencing was rescheduled for April 8.
