Woman Charged In East Bay Nursing Home Kidnapping (CBS 5 Bay Area)

A former nursing home administrator has been jailed for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 from elderly patients and kidnapping one of them so she could cash the woman's pension and Social Security checks. California Attorney General Jerry Brown's office said Monday that it had charged Concepcion Connie Pinco Giron, of Richmond, with theft, elder abuse, false imprisonment and other charges.
