Man sues nursing home after losing finger (Niles Herald-Spectator)

A man filed a lawsuit Tuesday against a north suburban nursing home for allegedly failing to treat and diagnose his injuries after a fall, leading him to contract gangrene and to the eventual amputation of his ring finger.
