New nursing doctoral program is Fairfield U’s first (Connecticut Post)

Two years ago, there were no Doctor of Nursing Practice programs in the state. Soon there may be three. Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, which received state approval in October, is planning to launch a doctorate of nursing practice in the fall of 2010 as well.
