Nursing homes sue state of Connecticut (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
An association of nursing homes in Connecticut on Thursday filed a lawsuit against Gov. M. Jodi Rell in federal court, claiming its facilities have been unfairly and unlawfully underfunded for years by the state's Medicaid program.
