Wilkes planning to offer nursing doctoral degree (Times Leader)

WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University will become the 101st school in the nation – and the first in Northeastern Pennsylvania – to offer a doctor of nursing practice degree. School officials made the announcement Thursday.
