Albany County lawmakers: Build new nursing home (Albany Times Union)

ALBANY -- County legislators delivered a triple whammy Tuesday night to Executive Mike Breslin -- voting overwhelmingly and sending the message that he revise his long-term health care plan to include a new nursing home, fill empty beds at the current home and stop furloughing county employees one day a month.
