Woman charged in nursing care scam (The State)


A Richland County resident has been arrested in an apparent nursing care scam. Constantinha Charron, 44, is charged with swindling, exploitation of a vulnerable adult and perjury related to activities surrounding a business she called Caring Hearts and Hands, the Richland County Sheriff's Department said.
