A groundbreaking ceremony for the new Little River Nursing & Rehab will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ashdown, Ark., on the Highway 32 bypass. The project is funded through a $5.5 million loan through the USDA Office of Rural Develop-ment Community Facilities Program.
