AUSTIN n Gov. Rick Perry has appointed five members to the Texas Board of Nursing, including one Mesquite resident, for terms to expire Feb. 1, 2015. The board ensures licensed nurses in Texas meet the necessary requirements to practice, and oversees accreditation of schools of nursing.
