Two charged in series of false 911 reports of area nursing
LIBERTY Liberty police on Saturday received five calls through the Sullivan County 911 Center reporting assaults, fires, people screaming and a threat of a bomb at the Achieve rehabilitation and nursing facility on Lake Street.
