Lake Zurich nursing home sued for negligence (Chicago Tribu


A lawsuit has been filed in the Cook County Circuit Court accusing a Lake Zurich nursing home of negligence. According to the Lake County News-Sun , the suit was filed on behalf of Edna Kneidek, a resident of the Lexington Health Care Center of Lake Zurich who suffered a hip fracture at the home in 2007 that left her permanently disabled.
