National Pie Day is tasty event at hospital, nursing home (


The sixth annual National Pie Day event was observed at the Melrose Hospital and Pine Villa Nursing Home on Friday, Jan. 23. Not only did hospital employees bake and bring pies to be sampled by the hospital staff, residents at Pine Villa helped with pie baking on Thursday, Jan. 22 for the big event.
