HIGH POINT — A local nursing home has a new name. SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation for the Triad is now known as Triad Care and Rehabilitation Center. The facility at 707 N. Elm St. held the former name for 11 years. The center is owned by SunBridge Healthcare Corp. of Irvine, Calif. As of mid-2008, the company and its affiliates operate 212 facilities in 25 states.
