Platinum Health Care LLC., a nursing home company headquartered in Skokie, Ill., has purchased the Main Line Nursing and Rehabilitation Home and the Haverford Nursing and Rehabilitation Home for just under $12 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which represented the seller.
