FLORISSANT — Interviews of employees at the Northgate Park Nursing Home have so far yielded no explanation for how a 95-year-old resident ended up dying of exposure outside a door, officials said Friday. Fannie Mae Rooks was found in her wheelchair in the cold and rain early Wednesday morning.
