Hospital's president defends security after mental patient


It was 2 a.m., at least four hours before shift change. Everything was quiet, as it usually was at that time of night at the hospital. Suddenly, people were yelling, running. Someone was phoning for law enforcement backup. A mental patient had become uncontrollable.
