03/09/05 MS Supreme Court Ends 5 Year Nursing Home Battle (


A five year zoning battle to bring a nursing home to D'Iberville is over. Last month, the state Supreme Court ruled because of the change in the character of the West Gay Road neighborhood and community need a 60 bed facility could be built there.
