Citizens speak out on U.S. 69, nursing home at council meet


Most months, empty chairs are the only witnesses to the decisions of local government, but dozens of citizens - and a few attorneys - were compelled to speak at Tuesday's Jacksonville City Council meeting against a new nursing home and the U.S. 69 relief route.
