Nursing Home Receives Citations (WTVQ Lexington)


WTVQ 36 has new information on citations issued to a Winchester nursing home. The Winchester Centre for Health and Rehabilitation has received two Type "A" citations, the strongest citations the state can give out for problems at the home.
